ISSF Judges 'B' licence shooting course With the approval from the Headquarters of the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) in Munich, Germany and, under the patronage of Minister Johnston Fernando - the National Rifle Association of Sri Lanka (NRASL) has organised an official Judges 'B' licence course in Rifle shooting, pistol shooting and shotgun shooting. In this regard, the ISSF has appointed A.J. Jalaluddin and Col. Jaswant Singh of India, as instructors to conduct the course. The course which commenced on September 7, ends on September 17. The ISSF Diploma of Honours will be awarded to the participants who qualify according to ISSF standards. Those following the course are from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and all affiliated Sports Shooting Clubs of the NRASA, numbering 36 of which 6 are women. An added touch of flavour to the course is being given by the participation of India and Maldives. The awards ceremony will be held at 5.30 p.m. on September 17 at the Sugathadasa Stadium (Indoor) Lobby Hall.
