The opening verse of Raj Savage's latest single, which is receiving considerable airplay over the radio stations today is in a catchy reggae - rock rhythm. Titled 'A Child in Everyman' the single is composed (lyrics and music), arranged and sung by Raj with his characteristic guitar work that fits in easily in today's music scene, be it pop, reggae or rock. "The inspiration to put down the track came fast" says Raj who is renowned for composing songs or commercial jingles in less than no time. Rather than recording a complete CD, Raj feels that a single is ideal in that it could be used by Club or Mobile DJs who have to spin and mix grooves with speed to keep the dancers happy on the floor. At the helm of production house Taurus, Raj has his hands full helping out corporate businesses with their product messages and singers and musicians with their recordings of CD's and audio cassettes.
