OTRFU on membership drive

The Old Thomian Rugby Football Union (OTRFU) has launched a renewed membership drive to enrol former rugby players who have represented the college at any age group to join its ranks.

In addition, the OTRFU will be granting affiliated membership to those persons who have assisted and who are assisting Thomian rugby.

The 1st affiliate membership was granted to Quentin Israel a former 1st XV rugby coach. All Old Thomians who have played rugby are requested to apply for membership immediately.

All persons applying for membership and existing members and any persons who wish to coach the college at any level in 2004 or who wish to assist financially or otherwise are requested to inform the Secretary OTRFU No. 15, Bellantara Road, Dehiwala, in writing immediately. The OTRFU is expected to play a major role in Thomian rugby development for 2004 onwards and expects all Old Thomian rugby players and supporters to positively respond to the call.
