Two network experts from Millennium Information Technologies were successful in winning the Bronze Medal at the 2003 Asia-Pacific Tech Mastermind quiz.

The quiz, a gruelling test of IT knowledge and skills, was conducted by Cisco Systems, a leading supplier of networking equipment.

Over 300 teams entered the contest out of which 11 were selected for the finals in Singapore.

Lalith L. Silva and Imal Kalutotage of Millennium IT beat off a powerful challenge from several Indian teams, as well as contestants from Australia, China, New Zealand and many ASEAN countries.

They first had to win the SAARC regional finals of the Tech Mastermind quiz before going on to the finals in Singapore.
