One of the UK's largest high end tour operators, SAGA Holidays, was established over 50 years ago and it specialises in offering exclusive holiday packages to a wealth of mature clientele. SAGA Holidays selection criteria for the prestigious top 10 awards include excellent quality, world class service and maximum customer satisfaction. The awards are based purely on comments made by guests on a questionnaire filled at the end of a holiday. In order to compete, each hotel should have at least 90 % of these questionnaires filled and questions are formed to ascertain satisfaction in the areas of service, comfort, cuisine, entertainment and other related criteria. Apart from the facilities SAGA ensures for their clients, Eden provides a private lounge exclusively for their guests, where SAGA guests enjoy some private R&R. Equipped with magazines and TV, the lounge is also a place where special programs are organized for SAGA guests.
