Kelsey Homes launches 'Brighton Square'

"Kelsey Homes", renowned for building houses with unique designs and styles, recently launched one of their latest projects "Brighton Square" in Wattala. "It was no surprise that the complex consisting of 15 blocks was sold within a week of the launch," said an official of the company.

"Brighton Square" in Wattala bordering the city of Colombo ensures that you are in the heart of the action with all modern amenities available at your doorstep. "Kelsey" ensures that spiralling cost, nor faulty costing affects the limits of the client's purse, whatever the economical or political situations that would arise. For over two decades their expertise and experience used to its full potential, coupled with the help of select locations, have ensured that each 'Kelsey home' met the ultimate needs of its occupants.

The motto "Quality on time" is confirmed by the fact that the company has achieved a 100% success rate in handing over completed houses, ready to move-in on a agreed date. A ten-year (10) warranty on the structure and a two-year (02) defects liability period is provided with every home, further demonstrating Kelsey's commitment to quality.

"We always strive to make our homes just the way the customer wants it. We endeavour as far as possible to tailor make our homes by blending customer requirements with the company's unique designs," says Mr. Nihal Uduwara, the MD/CEO of Kelsey Homes.

One of the ongoing projects is their latest housing project "Sentino Valley" or the Valley of Dreams, which is surrounded by a picturesque landscape that seems far from the hustle and bustle yet located conveniently close to towns of Rajagiriya, Battaramulla and Kolonnawa. Of a total of approximately 40 blocks, only another 14 are available. Each block ranges from 6 - 11 perches on which you could custom design your own home. Prices range from Rs. 2.5 million upwards including both land and house.

A Kelsey customer acquires the benefit of a 'tooth-combed' title search, supported by soil testing, storm-water drainage, whilst being spared the umpteen travails of construction, plumbing and decor. All this and more is done, with care and guidance for the customer till they walk into their own dream house with the C.O.C. (Certificate of Conformity) in their hands.

The recent changes in Kelsey's ownership where the Janashakthi Group has taken over the management of the company, who until now were concentrating on the financial services sector, particularly in Insurance, will give Kelsey the impetus and the financial backing required to stamp its rightful position in the housing & property development industry.

Kelsey specialises marketing homes to a selected customer segment who are very conscious of the quality of the construction and the conveniences, a modern house should have. The company while continuing to maintain its high standards will strive to offer its clientele a greater choice in the future.

Looking back at the ever-growing Kelsey family, 'Kelsey' can be proud of its heritage, conscious that a satisfied clientele is the best guarantee of their high standards. To meet the challenge and demand of tomorrow's homes, Kelsey expertise is determined to provide the ultimate in housing with a personalised touch combined with tailor-made designs. Indeed a home then rises above a brick and mortar structure to a place where the heart is.
