Introducing Millennium City homes to Ja-Ela Ceylinco Developers Ltd (CDL), will introduce Millennium City's Heartland Residencies to the people of Ja-Ela," said Deputy Chairman CDL, Bandula Ranaweera. To-date over 1450 families have invested in Millennium City homes within the last 4 years, with the numbers being added daily.
