Qatar Airways Colombo launches major promotion Under the slogan "Doing business in London was never so rewarding", Qatar Airways Colombo embarked on a major promotion campaign to attract travellers to London. "On a weekly basis, Qatar now offer 9 outbound and 11 inbound connections through our Doha hub between Colombo and London with transit times in Doha reduced to as minimum as 01h35." When travelling on a business class ticket to London between now and the end of June 2004, Qatar Airways is offering 1 free return ticket (in economy class) to any Qatar Airways' European destination of choice (Frankfurt, London, Manchester, Milan, Munich, Moscow, Paris, Rome, Vienna & Zurich).Moreover this free ticket can be gifted to any chosen person and is valid for travel until 14th December '04 (exclusion of high season 15.07 - 15.09). Alternatively, the free ticket can also be upgraded to business class if paying a supplement. In addition to the business class promotion, there is also a special promotional fare in Economy Class to London, valid for travel until the end of April '04.In a continuous effort to further enhance its services in Sri Lanka, Qatar Airways recently opened its first overseas Privilege Club service centre in Colombo. Privilege Club is the Frequent Flyer programme of Qatar Airways. |
