Exclusive acoustic harmony

For exclusive and refreshing music waves , Flame is hard to beat. Their spot on acoustic sounds has taken them many places after the group grabbed the 'Observer Golden Clef Award '94' for Folk Band. In today's music scene they stand out giving pleasure to music lovers in search of distinctive harmony in song.

You can now catch the group on Sundays at Clancy's and on Fridays at the UGB at the Hilton Residencie.

On Saturday nights Flame has a crowded diary of gigs at weddings, corporate functions and dances.

Every one enjoys the songs of Simon and Garfunkel, James Taylor, REM, Bryan Adams, and Flame has kept these favourites alive since they formed a musical trio in '89.

Now the band is a six piece outfit with Naushad Rasool - guitar/vocals, Rienzie Pereira - guitar/vocals, Chris de Alwis - guitar/vocals, Ranjan Josiah - bass/guitar/vocals, Alan Outschoorn - guitar/vocals and Niroshan de Silva - drums.
