You are a leader Leadership is a precious and rare quality. Do humans inherit it at birth? Or is it acquired through experience or development of the personality?
Self management and self discipline are a part of education. If you have such valuable qualities, you are accepted and appreciated by all. The repercussions of the lack of self management and self discipline could harm you as well as the society around you. It is an accepted fact that leadership is a vocation and that leaders should be servants of the people. However, the servant in you should not be a disgrace upon your leadership. If you want to be a genuine leader, you have to be unbiased and implement rules and regulations carefully, but without being hesitant. Otherwise, you will face problems. When you are at it, you will be criticised and obstructed, but if you are honest and correct, others will realize the value of it later. Unity in action rather than commands determines the success of work and you become popular among others as well. It gives you satisfaction. Others may need your guidance or support, but resent your commands. Your leadership should not be an ornament but should benefit others. You should never be a leader who does everything possible to safeguard your own leadership or rank instead of using your knowledge, experience and even your limited powers to serve others. Religion guides leaders. When the leaders are guided, the followers are also guided and protected. Whatever your religion may be, you are preached that the leaders should be servants. It does not mean that you should do the work of a servant, but should serve for the good of others. You are the leaders of the future. Today you can be a leader of a small group, but that experience will help you to be a leader in society. First you should be a leader to yourself. Only then can you be a leader to others. Leadership should not overrule humanity. Any power which overrules humanity leads to the down- fall of all. There is no leadership without humanity and that leadership is strength received to work for all human beings, the great and the small.
