Colorzone Plus to meet new apparel industry challenges Colorzone (Pvt) Ltd., a market leader in screen printing on export apparel, recently unveiled "Colorzone Plus" a new hi-tech and modern facility in response to the diverse demands of apparel manufacturers and to successfully service the embellishment requirements of the highly competitive apparel industry. The new venture enables the Company to offer computerised multi head embroidery, automatic screen printing, heat transfer printing and other embellishments to the apparel industry. "Colorzone which has accreditation by major international brands such as Marks and Spencer, Nike, Gap, Reebok, Next and Disney have made great strides in the field of printing on apparel and this new move will enhance its scope of activity to serve it clients with variety and versatility," the Company's Chairman and Managing Director Firoze Cassim said. The new building houses three units of 9 colour/20 head embroidery machines with one capable of sequin attachments as well. A 4-head sample machine too is available with a design punching facility to develop speedy samples. A new fully automatic screen printer capable of executing large 12 colour prints is the latest addition to its printing plant. The automatic printer will ensure high output while maintaining consistency in quality and be able to execute a larger print area, according to Cassim. Colorzone Group's plans for the immediate future include the introduction of two more automatic printing machines, and the embroidery unit will have laser cutting and other similar support service equipment.
