She has been under the care of many specialists since infancy. They now recommend a Cochlear implant to restore her hearing. The cost of this implant is Rs. 2m. According to his wife he had left home around 8.50 a.m. On the same day he had called his wife twice around 9.00 a.m and 12.00 noon saying that he was going to Kandy as he was in need of money.
