Research brings results Dr. Anton Fernando has been awarded a doctorate by the Senate of the Dublin Metropolitan University of Ireland for his thesis on Unique characteristics and behaviour patterns of entrepreneurs and how they achieve goals.' Dr. Fernando is known for his work on entrepreneurial development from 1983 as director of SLBDC - Sri Lanka Business Development Centre, later, as chairman, Industrial Board (IDB) and now chairman, Business Management Bureau (BMB) Lanka, Battaramulla. His thesis is the result of indepth research over six years on cross sections of entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka and India, at micro, small, medium and multinational levels. |
