The 55th National Day of People's Republic of China, organised by the Association for Sri Lanka China Social and Cultural Cooperation (ASLCSCC) will be held at New Town Hall, Colombo on September 28 (Wednesday), commencing at 3.00 p.m.

Power and Energy Minister Susil Premajayantha will be the chief guest on the occasion while the Ambassador of People's Republic of China, Sun Guoxiang will be the guest of honour.
