Rs. 250 million Mandakini housing project launched Mandakini Residencies (Pvt) Ltd, a contemporary residential property developer launched 'Mandakini Serenity', a limited detached housing complex on a 200 perch land area in Pelawatte. The Rs. 250 million development project to be kicked off later this month comprises 16 homes styled under the theme of a friendship community with modern state-of-the art living comfort. Designed by an award winning architect, the design and layout focuses on residential space for a family-oriented living. The housing complex provides features within the house and its surroundings to fulfil this concept. The three-level housing units with about 2500+square feet of floor area and with double-height on each, are designed in a way that energy-flows are channelled throughout the housing unit in the most efficient manner using maximum ventilation, natural lighting, and design principles. Sizes of the plots range approximately from 8 to 14 perches.
