The "Dare to dream" is the latest tragic political
drama played by two foes-the UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe and Mangala
Samaraweera in the guise of good friends. It will not bring any good to
the people but in turn will boomerang on themselves, Minister of
Mahaweli and Rajarata Development Maithripala Sirisena told the Sunday
