UN Human Rights Council election: The real truth

The UNHRC consists of 47 member nations elected periodically by ballot. It was established in 2006 to replace the discredited Lois Arbour, the High Commissioner and the High Commission establishment of the United Nations. USA Ambassador Mr. Bolton, many organisations and experts at the UN were critical on Louis Arbour, the High Commissioner and the Commission on Human Rights being ineffective and inefficient.
