Social and Business Etiquette training program

In a world where first impressions count, sometimes it’s hard to know the do’s and don’t of social etiquette.

In an attempt to support busy executives who are constantly on the run marketing their products, meeting clients and engaged in PR activities B Connected together with Dila Hettiarachchi recently conducted a Social and Business Etiquette training program at the Galadari hotel.

The workshop led to several pivotal aspects of social and business etiquette being discussed, including the art of choosing the appropriate dress to suit the occasion, self introductions, solutions, the art of small talk, table manners, the use of cutlery and a host of other topics that are useful when one engages in social and business functions.

Dila enriched the participants on how to create a lasting first impression. This was one in a series of HR Development training workshops organised by B Connected.
