Meditation boosts immune system

It is known that meditation is an excellent way to have a rest, relax and cope with stress.

However, recently scientists found out that meditation possesses one more useful property.Researches of scientists from Californian University have shown that meditation is capable to boost one’s immune system considerably. Besides, it renders beneficial influence on sites of a brain, which are responsible for decision-making and emotions.

After a 8-week antistressful program of meditations, quantity of CD-4 T lymphocytes increases in a human body. These cells attack human immune deficiency syndrome, weakening immunity. Therefore the more such cells an organism contains, the better it is protected.

Scientists advise to meditate during 20 minutes a day of 4-5 times a week.

It is enough to make your organism relaxed and cope with daily stress.
