CRICKET: Kotahena Central College - new entrants to the school
cricket scene, beat formidable Ananda College by 24 runs in the Under 15
division three Astra Cup cricket tournament match at Ananda College
grounds.
In three outings earlier, Kotahena Central beat St.Joseph’s Grand
Pass, Prince of Wales and lost to St.John’s Dematagoda.
Kotahena Central: 107 (AadhiAnar 41, Ushan Madushanka 27; M. Shehan 2
for 7, S. Lakshan 4 for 15).
Ananda College: 83 (D. Tennekoon 20; A. Azar 3 for 20, U. Madushanka
