Renata wins Gold at CNCI awards

Renata Ltd, Bangladesh won the Gold Award at the annual Ceylon National Chamber of Industries Achiever Award Ceremony in the SAARC Country category. Initially, Renata Ltd was nominated by The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) along with the other blue chip companies in Bangladesh and subsequently shortlisted to represent the SAARC Country category.

Renata Limited is one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh with global aspirations.

The Company exports products to Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Jordan, Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam and most recently to the UK.

Until 1993 the Company was a subsidiary of Pfizer Incorporated.

At present it is a predominantly local company quoted on the Dhaka Stock Exchange. The market capitalisation of Renata has grown from US$ 8 million to US$ 123 million in the past five years.
