Mediterranean diet:

good protection for all diseases

It appears Mediterranean diet not only helps to get rid of overweight, but also possesses a lot of useful properties. According to conclusions of Italian, Spanish and Greek dieticians, this diet is one of the best.

Within 18 years 12 international researches with participation of more than 1,5 million persons have been carried out. It appears that adherents of Mediterranean diet suffer from diseases of heart, Parkinson and Alzheimer, cancer, diabetes less often, and also live longer.

Besides, it is scientifically proved that this kind of diet practically protects a person from all chronic diseases.

We will remind you that Mediterranean diet is based on the use of considerable quantity of fruits, vegetables, fishes, nuts, raw grains and olive oil for food. Red wine is encouraged in small amounts. Quantity of red meat and dairy products is reduced.
