Cherry!

Cherry!

Cherry!

A glass of cherry juice is more useful than 25 portions of fruits and Only one glass of fresh cherry juice can replace 25 portions of various vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables. British researchers came to such conclusions.

It appears, 250 milliliters of cherry juice contain more extraordinary useful antioxidants, than 5 portions of peas, tomatoes, water-melons, carrots and bananas taken together.

Such surprising property of this juice is explained by high level of ORAC antioxidants in it. For comparison: ORAC level in cherry juice makes 8260, while in fruits and vegetables - only 1800.

A necessary daily dose of antioxidants for a person makes 6000 ORAC.

Let's remind that previous researches showed that antioxidants - which urged to struggle with fatal influence of free radicals - prevent development of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and also presenilation.
