Eleventh Management Accountants International parley in Pakistan
Divisional President CIMA Sri Lanka Ms. Gowri Shankar presented a
paper on "Enterprise Governance in Ethical Management Accounting
Practices" at the eleventh Management Accountants International
conference held recently in Pakistan on the theme "Challenges to the
Developing Nations and Response of Management Accounting Profession."
It was organised to provide a forum for management accountants and
other professionals to keep themselves abreast of the latest changes in
the profession.
The Developing Nations not only need to reach their ultimate
destination on the path of success but also need to touch on many
important milestones including governance, productivity and performance
enhancement, financial discipline through transparency and
accountability and focus on quality financial reporting.
The indepth knowledge and experience of renowned speakers from the
region and Pakistan resulted in the conference being an excellent
