Amana Takaful Insurance opens 18th branch

Amana Takaful Insurance opened its 18th branch at Kaduruwela, Polonnaruwa.

"The success of the Takaful concept and the reason behind instant acceptance by the public wherever it is introduced, lies in the fact that it is a total win-win proposition that's truly rewarding," said CEO/ General Manager of Amana Takaful Life, Reyaz Jeffrey.

Under the Takaful concept, all policy members are partners in a common Takaful Fund through which all claims are settled, and at the end of the 'insured' period, the Surplus Funds are reimbursed on a pro-rata basis to non-claimant policyholders, with ATI playing the facilitator and manager roles of the fund.

Amana Takaful PLC offers a range of highly competitive and unique policies; from vehicle covers, to general and life, shops, home and property, all based on the famed Takaful concept and tailor-made to meet individual requirements.
