How to distinguish prophetic dream from senseless delusion?

Dreams are a special world parallel to reality. Almost inaudible, difficult, mysterious. There are laws, signs, symbols in it ... How to solve, what our dream meant? Whether it was prediction? Or simply delirium of tired consciousness? Majority of people are inclined to trust in supernatural. And dreams are one of such supernatural phenomena of our life.

From the point of view of religion, dreams are an out come of a wandering soul. From the point of view of psychoanalysis, dreams are hiding places of subconsciousness. But even from the point of view of rational, there is an explanation to dreams: all information we perceive not only by brain, but also by our sense organs is ordered during night rest. Because at this time consciousness, having released from perception of reality and without leaning against common sense, is capable to see the world more complete, and to subject information received for the day to an objective analysis.

In any case: dreams are not casual in our life. And understanding their sense is not useless.

Which dreams we have?

All dreams are necessary and useful. And all of them, without exception, open true essence of each person - what torments him, what he lives with, what he aspires to. And, it is clear that dreams are inseparably linked with reality and are its continuation to the full.

All that was collected in our information field for a day, week, month and even years passes through subconsciousness and comes back in consciousness by means of freakish images, plots, associations, to open for us an essence of what we could not realise at once. These dreams are logic continuation of reality. You just should learn to understand their latent senses truly.

And sometimes, on the contrary, collected information overflows us so much, that subconsciousness cannot cope with it and gives us relief in the form of a senseless heap of facts, events, problems. These can be both fears, and horrors, uncertain torments from something unsolved. These delusions are emotional continuation of reality and do not require treatment, because by means of such nightmares we are released from fears and problems, which do not give us rest during wakefulness.

Senselessness or secret sense?

At times it is hard to distinguish a prophetic dream from senseless delusion. After we wake up, we do not clearly understand where a dream has ended and where reality has begun, yet, we are overflowed by impressions from dreams. Therefore, it is necessary to come to the senses and concentrate as soon as possible.

Thus it is wrong to try to analyze an event in the sleep at once. Pay attention to those sensations which you have woken up with. What was it? Pleasure? Fear? Grief? Or a dream did not cause any emotions? Probably, you feel something like curiosity or surprise. And still, it happens that you are overflowed with desire to retell your dream to somebody. Trust in yourself. Curiosity, surprise and desire to retell dreams are those signs, which testify that your dream is not prophetic. If emotions are absent and nothing touches your heart, do not search for sense in such dreams. Forget about them. And it is even better to retell safely all this delirium to somebody. You will see, how uncertainty will release you, and an absurd dream will leave only memoirs. Well, and if you by all means wish to understand the nature of your delusion - analyse past events, and you, for certain, will find a real basis of the absurdity in them.

It is another matter, if emotions overflow you. Then it is necessary to accept this dream, as prophetic.

Prophetic dream, in the standard sense, is a dream which comes true.

Ideal dream

At times prophetic dreams come true ideally, one to one, in accuracy as they were dreamt. This phenomenon is rare and it is even possible to call - exclusive. Such dreams are more often a property of people advanced in their business. This way creative discernments and revelations come to geniuses. It is known that Pushkin, Shuman, Rafael "composed" some part of their works in the sleep. Mendelev saw a whole table of chemical elements in a dream. Here it is possible to talk about space channels, power streams and weight of all inexplicable that undoubtedly exists, but is, alas, invisible.

Dream-double

This prophetic dream is similar to the ideal, with only a difference that anything inexplicable in its occurrence does not have. If a dream does not bear new, and grows out of painful search of decision of a problem which suddenly comes in the sleep - it is a dream-double. If you are afraid to make a declaration of love for a long time, for example, you do this in the sleep. Or you thought "to buy or not to buy a car", and you dream that you have got and have already even driven it. You actually live in a situation, which for any reasons you did not dare to live really, and this gives you confidence and helps to make a choice finally.

Dream-werewolf

This prophetic dream can come true quite opposite. Subconsciousness in such dreams plays with us. For example, when you dream that your house is burnt, this may designate that you will get new habitation suddenly. Or you dream that you were plundered, and this may mean that you will grow rich suddenly. Here again emotion you feel after awakening will help you to define it correctly. If you dream something negative, and you feel inexplicable pleasure or if you have positive dreams and wake up in disgusting mood - this means you saw the strangest of prophetic dreams - a dream-werewolf.

Dream-prevention

This prophetic dream usually warns what will happen with you or your relatives in the nearest future. Explanation of this prediction is covered in a strong stream of energy (positive or negative), which proceeds from suffering person or his organism, from any huge desire or feeling. So, the message brings illness to (someone or to you), internal request for help or desire to share pleasure, returning of someone in your life or forthcoming separation from someone. Here only a person you dreamt of is authentic, all the rest about him will be a complicated system of images or symbols which should be solved.

Memory dream

Sometimes we see dead persons in our dreams. Without symbolism and chilling horror, they call on us somewhere and we are left with them. Memory dreams are light. We can not know in the sleep that these people have died. The dream returns us our relatives live, instead of phantoms. And only having woken up, we understand our night error.

After such dream it is necessary to remember how we would like the dead. To drink for them, recollect the best. Simple light a candle for them. It is not necessary to be afraid of these dreams. They partly reduce our pain and melancholy, help us to live without those whom we have lost.

Symbolical dream

Difficult symbolical dreams which demand careful analysis and interpretation are rare. And more often the ones who possess special gift of intuition, prediction see such a dreams. But if you understand you've seen such a dream, do not search for its interpretation in traditional dream books. All people are different. Everyone has his own associative array of preferences and aversions, symbolics. Some people for example, like cats, therefore, despite traditional interpretation that cats symbolise enemies, in their dreams they are symbolised as friends. Do not hasten to find a solution immediately, wait a little. Believe, if you were visited by a symbolical vision, the solution of symbols will come to you unexpectedly, as well as a dream. Subconsciousness - a clever piece: it will not leave you without help.

It is possible to trust or not to trust the power of dreams, solve their senses or try to forget them quicker, but it is impossible to deny the fact that what you think of it is stronger than the dream itself. Do not panic ahead of time. Do not be frightened with delusions, release them together with the left dream. And if you understand that the dream is nevertheless prophetic, do not perceive it totally. A dream just shows possibility, and reality always depends on ourselves and varies exclusively due to our participation in it.
