Lanka represented at Total Management Systems program
Rohitha Amarapala of Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Limited was
selected to represent the country at the recently concluded Total
Management Systems Program held in Tokyo,Japan.
HR professionals representing 15 countries in the Asian Continent
took part in this event where several topics relating to best management
practices, trends and developments relating to managing Japanese
businesses and industry were shared.
The program was organised by the NICC, Japan in association with the
Japanese Government and the Employers' Federation of Japan and Sri
Lankan Representation was channelled through the Employers' Federation
of Ceylon.
