IPM HR service providers'exhibition 2009
The mega National event `IPM HR Conference & HR Service Providers'
Exhibition 2009" will be held from 23rd to 24th June, 2009 at the BMICH.
This year's theme is "People Drive Business" and more than 700 HR
professionals would participate at this event.

According to Ajith R. de Costa, HR Service Provider's Exhibition 2009
is a lucrative opportunity for any Sri Lankan Public & Private Sector
organization on networking among HR fraternity and interested parties of
general public to promote their products & services. In year 2002,
Institute of Personnel Management(IPM) introduced the first HR Service
Providers' exhibition along with the National HR Conference 2002. The
2009 exhibition is the 8th consecutive year of the event. The 2009
Exhibition aspires to be much better than previous exhibitions with some
new features.
This is the only exhibition which provide business sector to promote
their innovations to the wider spectrum of HR professionals and general
public.
As in previous years, the organizing committee has made arrangements
to award best stall prizes for best three stalls for categories such as
the most innovative stall, the most informative stall and most customer
oriented stall.
The selection will be done by an eminent panel consisting of the
experts of industry.
The Nelu's Exhibition and Conventions is the "Official Exhibition
Partner."
Distinguishing itself from other mushroom exhibitions around the
city, IPM exhibition will provide an unique opportunity to interact with
HR Fraternity and interested parties.
The exhibition consist of 55 stalls in main entrance and delegate
lounge.
According to Costa, the IPM Exhibition is on par with similar
exhibitions in other countries such as UK, Australia and Singapore etc.
The organizing committee would invite prospective overseas
participants in Hong Kong, Singapore and India to participate.
Leading IT companies, recruitment agencies, training Institutes,
adventure trainers, consultancy firms, travel agencies, Airlines and
Govt. institutions has already shown their interest to participate 2009
exhibition.
In addition to this, majority of past exhibitors have already
reserved their stalls for this years exhibition.
In the verge of financial crisis, looking for new trends in HR
services to achieve the highest level of performances from human capital
is paramount. As the Nations' leader in HR, it is our utmost duty to
introduce best HR services to the nation in order to cope up with
