The Governor of District 82 of Toastmasters movement which covers Sri
Lanka and India, Arunasalam Balraj delivered a Guest Lecture at the IPM
Sri Lanka recently.
The event was organized by the members of IPM Toastmasters Club under
the leadership of its Vice President PR Yash Naik.
