New Menu at Spoons
With a walk ‘in Chocolate Cellar!’ Hilton Colombo’s signature
restaurant Spoons with a chic open kitchen concept and the walk in wine
cellar, will change their existing menu from March 1 to take the guest’s
level of appetite to gastronomic heights! Now you connoisseurs will be
more than convinced why Executive Chef Rohan Fernandopulle was awarded
the coveted Chef of the Year at Tourism Awards.
You will be overwhelmed when you encounter the only one & only
walk-in Chocolate Cellar in the country.
The new menu together with the new lunch concept is reasonably
priced, giving guests an option to chose their own set menu and it will
be served to you in quick time with a no wait a la carte menu with an
appetizer selection laid on the open kitchen where guests could just
pick up what they want during lunch to make it faster says the Hilton’s
Marketing Communications Manager Gigi De Silva.
Avocado
and Crab Salad nestled on smoked eggplant, wasabi cream, Braised Lamb in
puff pastry with Chickpea salsa, Pan fried baby seas bass crusted with
tomato and cheddar, angel hair pasta, Champagne beurre blanc and for the
dessert lovers, Orange Brule with roasted apple and Strawberry are a few
of the dishes available on the new menu.
