Mr. Sri Lanka unfolds with pomp & pageantry splendour

The Fair & Handsome Mr. Sri Lanka 10th Anniversary Celebration presented by STUDIO 9 unfolded in all its pomp and splendour recently at the Ballroom of Galadari Hotel.

It was a star studded show with reigning Manhunt International ABDEL MOUMEN EL MAGHRAOUY from Morocco, 3 International Judges and National Stars Roshan Ranawana & Sangeetha Weeraratne.

The entire pageant took the format of The Pageantry Palace Drama, revolved around the Pageant Queen, Past Princes who shone and the competing Princes from South, Hill Country and Western City.

Mr. Sri Lanka was held under the patronage of Hon Mr. Gamini Lokuge, Minister of Sports and Public Recreation was in aid of "Disabled Dancers".

The winners were Dinesh de Silva (Southern Coast), Hemal Ranasinghe (Hill Country) & Suranga Perera (Western City) with Selvaniroshan Selvarajah & Arosh da Silva as runners-up.
