A prisoner

Feeling the sadness and loneliness,
Feeling despair and frustration,
The feelings of a prisoner,
Are feelings of being abandoned,
By the society, by God,
By his own kith and kin,
Sometimes repenting over what they have done,
Sometimes never repenting,
Yet, goes onto more and more,
Hatred and anger,
Never to forgive the mankind,
For what has happened to him,
Yet the life keeps on happening,
Like a beacon in the seashore,
For the ships in a storm,

Peppermint drop

Oh! Little angel
You seem so afar
Which I need not

My eyes are aching

I put a handful of coins
To the box at the shrine
Prayed god precious
Kneeling down.

As clock runs fast
I hope that angel

How queer they are,
To think god is near

Mighty ocean continuously sighs
Every broken wave painfully cries
Dark tainted clouds slowly glide
Through the dusk a new sun may rise

Sleepless eyes glow, reflecting exhaustion
Waken spirits desperately seek protection
Safe journeys through nasty wild waters
Vigorous ocean rocks the fortune of
dependents

Slender palms swing to nature's tunes
Whistling breeze blows across the shore
Tossing vessels sail along distant horizon
Destined towards golden sandy beaches

Fragile lives fight for their existence
Leave emotions beyond the acceptance
Thoughts of hope spark within the hearts
Keep the faith strongly focused on the future
