Late Premier Dudley Senanayake

The 36th annual commemoration ceremony of the late Premier and UNP
leader Dudley Senanayake will be held tomorrow (13) opposite the Dudley
Senanayake statue, Borella, D. S. Senanayake junction, the Dudley
Senanayake commemoration committee Secretary Dr. P. Jayasinghe said.
Member of Parliament, Rukman Senanayake representing the family of
the late Premier and Messers Wijayapala Mendis and Jinadasa Niyathapala
representing the political and personal colleagues will offer floral
tributes at the statue.
It will be followed by an alms-giving at the Vipassana Meditation
Centre, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo. |
