Seminar on "Importance of Ethics and Governance"

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka PLC (MBSL) is organising a seminar on "Importance of Ethics and Governance under the current Business Environment" which will be held at Trans Asia Hotel - Earl's Court on April 28, 2009 from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. The seminar will discuss the Corporate Governance aspects relating through Accounting Standards and the Companies Act.
