Victoria Golf and Country Resort decided to conduct this golf in
memory of its late founder Mark Bostock.
The course is one of the most challenging in the world and last year
under the guidance of British golf professional Mike Varney who was the
then Resident General Manager at Victoria, several upgradings were
carried out. A new practice green was redesigned and turfed with Tiff
Eagle, a new variety of Bermuda grass.
The 13th green was expanded to provide a greater and fair challenge
to the golfers. The 18th Championship tee was re-difined providing a
different strategy of play altogether. |
