Trinity and Mahamaya on top at Kandy District Meet

ATHLETICS: Trinity College and Mahamaya Girls College won the boys and girls Championships respectively,at the Junior Track and Field Championships organised by the Kandy District Athletic Association at the Bogambara Stadium.

In the Boys Championships Trinity came on top with 214 points while in the Girls Championship Mahamaya Girls College, Kandy were winners with 283 points.

In the relays, Dharmaraja College won the boys overall relay champion with 83 points while among the girls relays Mowbray College, Kandy came on top with 123 points.
