Suntel rings in Jaffna
Suntel limited opened its newly re-designed centre in Jaffna on
October 26 at 31 Manipay Road Jaffna. On the same day Suntel extended
its CDMA based services for the peninsula, which would broaden the
presence and enable to offer many value added services of Suntel.
With the cessation of hostilities, the nation now looks upon
rebuilding a robust and a sustainable economy. Suntel hopes to enhance
quality of life in the communities across the Northern area through
wider connectivity, outstanding customer service, value added services
along with best tariffs in the market.
The new centre's output is not limited to its plush appearance but
the continued commitment of Suntel staff to maintain the highest
standards in service, in line with the promise of Suntel. Customers can
now make bill payments, purchases and maintenance services under the
same roof. As a gesture of goodwill for Jaffna customers, Suntel waived
off call charges from its customers on the Deepavali Festival day
enabling customers to wish their loved ones, freely. Suntel launched its
'Super Six' campaign last month and consumers were allowed to make calls
for as low as 10 cents per minute to six separate numbers. Suntel is
pleased to extend the same offer along with post paid packages to the
communities in the north.
Suntel Managing Director Jeremy Huxtable said "We thank all of you
who have been with us here in Jaffna through good times and not so good
times.
