World Congress of Integrated Medicines

The 47th World Congress of Integrated Medicines will be held from November 8th to 10th at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall with a delegate representation of over 750 doctors from 97 countries. The opening ceremony will take place at BMICH, on November 8th at 2.30 p.m.

It is organised by the Central Committee of Medicina Alternativa and The Open International University for Complementary Medicines and 14 international organisations.

Around 125 doctors from Vietnam and 140 from China and Taiwan will participate at the discussions. Also a large number of delegates from Australia and Oceania will be present.Medical specialists from many countries will be available for free consultation for patients at the Sir Anton Jayasuriya Free Medical Clinic at No. 28, International Buddhist Centre Road, Colombo 6 from November 4th to 6th. This clinic is attended by over 150 patients daily. The new physiotherapy unit caters to patients who have been disabled due to various accidents.

All treatments are provided including medications free of cost.
