IPM Teams with Sri Lanka Air Force
The Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka [IPMSL] signed a
Memorandum of Understanding with the Sri Lanka Air Force [SLAF] on
November 10, at the Air Force Head Quarters, Colombo.
The MoU was signed by the Commander of the Air Force, Air Chief
Marshal Roshan Goonetileke and the SLAF was further represented by Air
Commodore Rohitha Ranasinghe, Director Welfare and Air Commodore A. M.
De Zoysa, Director Training SLAF.
The MOU was initiated specifically as a CSR Project of the IPMSL and
aimed exclusively for Air Force Personnel who are on leave prior to

relevant knowledge required for gainful employment and/or launching
their own business.

by an Act of Parliament in 1976.
IPM is a member of the Organization of Professional Association in
