The first MAK Business Associates in Sri Lanka met recently in
Colombo. This was the first meeting of the customers since the launch of
MAK Lubricants in Sri Lanka in March 2008.
MAK Lubricants of Bharat Petroleum Corporation (India) Ltd. has
succeed as a prominent lubricants brand in Sri Lanka in a short time.
TVS Automotives (Pvt) Lt. is the sole agent in Sri Lanka for MAK
Lubricants since its inception in January 2008 and has been instrumental
in making MAK Lubricants among the leading lubricant brand in the
country.
The meeting was attended by over 250 key dealers and customers.
The objective of the meeting was to recognise the efforts put in by
the dealers in promoting the MAK brand.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has introduced the MAK Tata
Motor Co-Banded range of engine oil, gear oil and greases in Sri Lanka.
Tata Motors the second largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles in
the world (market leader in commercial vehicle segment in Sri Lanka with
over 30 per cent market share) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation, India
second largest petroleum company (a fortune 500 company) have jointly
developed this oil.
The product would benefit the large population of Tata vehicle owners
in Sri Lanka and are available in different package sizes.
