CRICKET: A fine allround performance by St. Thomas', Matara skipper Kasun Attanayake... 112 runs and 4 wickets for 28 runs highlighted the drawn inter-school cricket match between St. Thomas' Matara and Sri Rahula College, Katugastota played at the University grounds, Peradeniya recently.Batting first, St. Thomas' Matara made 202 for 8 wickets declared with Kasun Attanayake making 112 which included ten fours and it came in 243 minutes batting.Then when Sri Rahula Katugastota batted, Kasun was at it again and he went on to take 4 for 28 which helped St. Thomas' dismiss Rahula College for 134 runs in their first innings.

St. Thomas' made 77 for 6 wickets in 29 overs in their second innings and Sri Rahula were 34 for 2 wickets at close of play.
