Caltex League Rugby action!
Sunday Observer caught some
major tackles and scrums at the Caltex League recently when CR and FC
beat Police SC 32 to 18 at Longdon place recently. Starting on a winning
streak in their bid for the Caltex ‘A’ division league title, they
defeated the Police boys with 2 goals,3 tries and 1 penalty to take 32
points while they lost to 18 with 1 try,1 goal and 2 penalties.‘CR’
skipper and number 8 Lewke gave his side a 25/15 lead right before
landing down to an unconverted try.
