Governing types fly high
The governing types are well set to secure the highest ever majority
at Wednesday's vote for the reforms that are constitutional. With more
Greens deserting their leader, the governing types are well set to
secure over 160 votes. "Perhaps our leader too may vote in favour of the
amendments," a dejected Green Em Pee from Galle said.
Soo-me takes on Ra-Blue
Soo-me the One-sa told scribes at a conference that is press that the
Elephant Party leadership is not trustworthy. The ageing Bell Party
leader said Ra-Blue could do nothing but hold press conferences to hang
onto the leadership. He claimed that several Green backbenchers are
going to support the Bellboys.
Luck demands democracy within party
Lucky Sene urged Ra-Blue to restore democracy within the party before
the leader talks about democracy in the country. He said the Green
leader has no moral right to oppose reforms that are constitutional as
the executive presidency is the brainchild of the Elephant Party.
Big Lady's day dreams
Retired Big Lady called Wedding Sam to gather inside info and the
views of the Greens on the reforms that are constitutional. "It's good
for you, you too could contest in 2017," Sam said. But the Big Lady
jokingly asked from which party she could give nominations. "May be from
the Greens, if not, as an independent candidate," Sam replied. |
