WSO2 Gold sponsor at Forrester's EA Forum 2011

WSO2 will sponsor the internationally acclaimed Forrester Enterprise Architecture(EA)Forum 2011 where WSO2 Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Paul Fremantle will address the forum.

The EA Forum scheduled for 17,18 February at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco, focuses on helping IT professionals achieve an integrated understanding of business, information, and technology architecture.

Attendees can explore four distinct areas: connecting business process and architecture, creating business-driven technology strategies, key technology trends to watch in 2011, and real world best practices from 2010 EA Award Winners.

Presenting a session titled "Ultra-scale E-commerce Transaction Services with Lean Middleware," Fremantle will outline real-world scenarios to exemplify how lean, open source middleware can handle 600 million transactions for one of the world's highest volume e-commerce web APIs and the challenges developers face when dealing with such scenarios.

Fremantle will also explore emerging trends of simpler, performance driven middleware-capable of expanding or shrinking to meet the business requirement at the time and the role, modular open source software is set to play in the future of cloud platforms.
