Division (CCD) in connection with selling ICC World Cup match tickets
between Sri Lanka and Pakistan at exorbitant rates out side the
authorised premises have been released after their statements were
recorded, CCD sources told the Sunday Observer. The soaring demand for
tickets for the world cup matches were so high that tickets priced at

whether the tickets were forged or genuine ones. Around 4,000 such
tickets have been sold in various places depriving tickets for cricket
fans who called over at the Stadium. The statements of the Board
officials will also be recorded in this connection, a senior police
