Industrial Security Foundation Sports Fiesta on Sept.24

SPORTS FESTIVAL: The Industrial Security Foundation will hold their Annual Sports Festival on September 24 at the Colombo University Grounds, Reid Avenue from 7.30 a.m. onwards.

The cricket tournament will start at 9.00 a.m., the netball tournament at 9.30 a.m., Tug-O-War at 3 p.m. and the Security Queen Contest at 4 p.m. Cycle Races, Tug-O-War and Security Queen Contest are introduced for the Sports Festival this year. Over 30 cricket teams are expected to participate in this year's tournament. The Security Queen Contest is expected to attract many Lady Security Officers.

There will also be the Identifying the Secret Service Agent 007 contest for which there will be a handsome cash award.

Walking Race at Management Level will be an added attraction.

The day's proceedings will conclude with a Cultural Show by the Sri Lanka Police Cultural Troupe after the prize distribution.
