No changes at the top in rugby competitions

Dushan Lewke of CR&FC maintained his lead just 307 votes ahead of his
closest rival Kandy SC's Fazil Marija while, CR&FC too, was perched on
top at the end of count number 16 at the Sunday Observer/ Caltex Most
Popular Rugger Player and Team Competition.
