Funds stopped for Moosa-Mill's campaign
The Elephant Party stopped releasing funds for the final phase of
Moosa-Mill's polls campaign, fearing that he would use the money to
gamble at his favourite casinos. Ra-Blue had instructed his party's
financial heads to peruse the genuine payments incurred during
Moosa-Mill's campaign and settle them directly to prevent the cash going
into the casino king's hands.
Green Reformists meet tomorrow
Saa-jeet, the Love-Slave, is flexing his muscles again after
yesterday's LG polls defeat in most areas. He has planned to hold a
secret meeting with his confidants tomorrow to decide on the next course
of action that they should take to intensify the Reformists' battle to
oust Ra-Blue. Several district leaders of the Elephant Party too have
been invited for tomorrow meeting.
Soo-me and clan in financial crisis
Soo-me, the One-sa and his clan are in a major financial crisis as
the main funding sources of the Bell Party are now supporting its Rebel
Group. The breakaway group, which has been playing a major role behind
the scenes, now accuses Soo-me and his politburo of abusing party funds.
Funds for the Bell Party from Europe and Japan branches too have reduced
significantly.
Three crossovers in the offing
At least three persons who are confident of being elected as Colombo
Municipal Councillors from You-En-Pee are set to cross over at the first
meeting of the newly elected body. Sensing who would be the likely
rebels, Ra-Blue met the three in separate one-on-one meetings and
pleaded with them not to deepen the crisis in the party.
