Love-Slave's plot to oust Moosa-Mill
A disgraceful attempt by Saa-jeet, the Love-Slave to topple
Moosa-Mill's Green administration at the Colombo City Fathers has come
to light. Fearing that Ra-Blue's position would be unshakeable if the
Greens' settle in Colombo, Saa-jeet had approached Mah-Know and pleaded
with him not to extend support to Moosa-Mill. However, Mah-Know rejected
the request, much to Love-Slave's disappointment
Ra-Blue sets plan through John
Wattala John is exploiting the opportunity he got as the acting
leader of the Greens to tame the Reformists. John has set a secret plan
in motion following Ra-Blue's strategic move to appoint him to act,
bypassing two deputy leaders - Rooky Ka-Roo and Love-Slave. Ra-Blue
plans to project John as a third force to pressurise Love-Slave who is
making a desperate attempt to become the party leader.
Soo-me given time till year's end
Soome, the One-sa has been given time till the end of this year to
retire gracefully from the Jay-Vee-Pee leadership. But an adamant
One-Sa, taking the cue from Ra-Blue, has vowed not to step down, unless
the party elects a suitable leader through its politburo. Nevertheless,
the ongoing battle between Anura Prince and Till-Van has strengthened
One-sa's position.
Common candidate for cricket polls
Attempts are being made to field a common candidate at the
forthcoming elections to the board that is for cricket. The first task
for sporty New-Village-ge on his return home from the Caribbean tonight,
is to dissolve the Board and call for elections. Two former heads,
three-time President and an interim committee chairman, are flexing
their muscle for a showdown of the business tycoons. However, one of
them would be asked to withdraw and serve under the other as a senior
vice president.
