HNB donates books in Nochchiyagama

HNB donated school books in Nochchiyagama through its library book donation program Nena Pubuduwa.

HNB initiated the event in Nochchiyagama to coincide with the Deyata Kirula exhibition 2012, which was held in Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura.

Library books were donated under the Nena Pubuduwa library scheme of HNB. Over 20 schools benefited through this program Chairperson of HNB Dr. Ranee Jayamaha spoke on the importance of reading and its benefits.
